We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days. During busy sales seasons, processing times may be slightly longer as all of our products are handmade. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping & Delivery: All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping rates are calculated by order weight and delivery location. Delivery to the continental United States typically takes up to 5 business days from the date of shipment. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than 5 business days.
Please note that once your order has been handed off to USPS, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. USPS often experiences delays during busy/holiday seasons, so please keep an eye on your tracking information and check with your local post office before reaching out to us, as they can better help you address questions about expected delivery dates!

Below you will find information about what materials our products are made of and how to care for them. When care instructions are followed, our products should last you for years to come! We cannot guarantee that products will maintain integrity if care instructions are not followed, especially for hand wash only items.
Tarot Bags: 100% cotton. Hand wash only in cool water, lay flat to dry. Immediately towel dry metal components to prevent degradation.
Cloud Pillows: Polyester blend fabric and polyester stuffing. Spot treat or machine wash warm on gentle cycle, tumble dry.
*Please note that the pillows are densely filled and will require extensive drying to assure that the center is no longer damp. You may also lay these out in the sun to help speed drying, but any colors other than white may experience some fading in the sun. After washing, pillows may require some fluffing and manipulation to return to their original shape.
Sewn Bookmarks: 100% cotton. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Some shrinkage may occur. Iron on high heat to press flat again.
Woven Bookmarks: 100% cotton. Hand wash GENTLY only in cool water or spot treat, lay flat to dry. Iron on medium heat to press flat if needed.
